Dr. Grillo spent eight years at the University of Washington, earning a Bachelor’s Degree In Psychology in 1991. He was then awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1995. Dr. Grillo has also compiled thousands of hours of continuing dental education over the years.

Dr. Greg Grillo knows dentistry from many different angles. As a talented clinician, he built a busy multi-provider practice that served patients of all ages. He’s helped thousands of patients discover the benefits of oral health, and he enjoys highlighting the links between the mouth and the rest of the body. He’s also seen the impact that a better smile has on people’s lives, and he encourages his patients to consider how a better smile can add confidence to their interactions with others.

Dr. Grillo’s experience spans nearly three decades, and he’s built a wealth of knowledge and expertise about wellness and dentistry. He served as a dentist in the U.S. Navy, caring for Marines, pilots, sailors, and their families in South Carolina and Japan. In 1999, he entered private practice and continued investing in exceptional technology and training for his patients.

He continues to add value to his profession, working with many companies that support dentists and patients. Dr. Grillo believes people deserve trustworthy, accurate information to make decisions that support their health.


Dr. Greg Grillo has provided general and cosmetic services for thousands of patients for 28 years. He loves helping patients discover the life-changing benefits of good oral health, including the critical links to disease and inflammation. He’s seen many people experience increased confidence with a better smile, and he believes everyone deserves options to enhance their confidence and beauty.

After dental school, Dr. Grillo served U.S. Marines and Navy pilots and their families in Japan for several years. He then returned to Washington to grow a busy family practice caring for patients of all ages. He provides limited clinical care today, but he’s developed a reputation as a thought leader, strategist, and content developer for the profession.

He works closely with dentists, manufacturers, and vendors to develop solutions that help people thrive. He’s also a respected coach to dentists and has led the live Dental Practice Journey Workshops to help his colleagues develop their careers.


Dr. Greg studied at the University of Washington, where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1991 with Honors. He was accepted to the University of Washington School of Dentistry and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1995.

His service as a dentist in the U.S. Navy included many hours of advanced education, primarily through courses at Bethesda Naval Hospital. He’s also taken hundreds of hours of advanced education throughout his private practice years to raise his level of service to patients.

Dr. Grillo developed a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and has taken many technical courses that support beauty and function. He also enjoys sleep health and working with people to discover the benefits of better sleep using oral appliances. He also has helped countless people manage headaches and understand the links between oral and general health. He currently serves on several advisory and editorial boards, where he continues to learn while contributing to the profession.
