However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund becomes necessary. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund, excluding applicable shipping charges.
For items directly purchased from NatruSmile between December 1 and December 31 of any given year, returns are accepted until February 15 of the following year.
In the event that you made your purchase directly from NatruSmile, you have the convenience of initiating your return request independently. Simply click here to self-service your return request. We have taken the liberty of deducting the cost of return shipping from your anticipated refund amount, for your convenience. Refunds will exclusively be credited to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund for your return will be processed within 5-7 business days and reflected in your original payment method.
If your NatruSmile product(s) were obtained from authorized retail stores or authorized online retail partners, any exchange, replacement, or refund requests must be directed to the original point of sale, adhering to their respective policies.
Kindly note that all return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made beyond this timeframe are ineligible for a refund. However, depending on the company's discretion, a store credit may be issued as an alternative solution.
To receive a refund, it is mandatory to return the product directly to NatruSmile. Additionally, all original accessories that were included with your purchase must be included in your return shipment.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make use of the return label provided by the NatruSmile Return Center when sending back your product.
Rest assured that we will refund the product cost to your original payment method, with the exception of any shipping and handling charges that you may have previously paid.

In the event that you wish to return a product to NatruSmile, please ensure that you comply with the following guidelines: (a) Use the return label provided by NatruSmile, and (b) include all original parts and accessories that were included with your purchase. Failure to meet these requirements may result in NatruSmile exercising its discretion to refuse the return. For open product returns, a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of the original product(s) price will be applied.
Please be aware that NatruSmile will not issue a refund until the returned product has been successfully delivered to the address specified on the NatruSmile-provided return label.
Returns are typically processed within 2-3 days after we receive your returned items. Kindly note that we do not accept return drop-offs at our warehouse.
In the case of packages that are returned to us or refused by the recipient, we will restock the items, and you will be issued a refund (excluding any applicable shipping charges) in the original form of payment.
Once your purchase is complete, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any changes to your order. This includes modifications such as:
- Altering the chosen item
- Modifying the delivery or billing address
- Adding additional items to the order
- Changing the selected shipping method

We kindly request that you review and ensure the accuracy of the provided address during the ordering process. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser.
