How can I return my NatruSmile order?
Returning your order is straightforward. Start by visiting our Returns Center. From there, you can print a shipping label and drop off your package at the carrier listed on the label.
We will send you an email when we've received your return and processed your refund. Remember, we're here to help, and our team is always available should you have any questions about the process.
How can I exchange my item?
To exchange an item, simply visit our Returns Center. You can select your exchange item online, and it will be shipped as soon as you drop off your original order in the mail.
Please note: If your chosen exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned by the carrier, your original order will be refunded.
Are NatruSmile products enamel-safe?
Safety and efficacy are our main priorities at NatruSmile. Our products are developed to meet FDA safety standards.
However, the safety of teeth whitening comes down to how you apply the teeth whitening solution, whether you do so correctly, and how much of a teeth whitening product you use. Overuse and misuse can make an otherwise safe whitening product unsafe.
If you have specific concerns, we always recommend speaking with your healthcare professional.
Are NatruSmile products FDA-approved?
All ingredients in NatruSmile products are FDA approved.
It's important to clarify that the FDA doesn't provide approvals for individual products. Instead, they offer guidance on cosmetic products and labeling and set requirements for OTC (over-the-counter) drugs, including teeth whitening products and their ingredients.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Once your returned items have been dropped off in the mail and scanned by the carrier, we will initiate your refund immediately.
Note that it may take 5-9 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way (and you’ll certainly get your money back!).
When will my exchange order ship?
Your exchange order will be placed as soon as your return items have been dropped off in the mail. You will receive an email confirmation of the same.
Like with returns, if your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned by the carrier, your original order will be refunded. We process exchange items only after the returning items are received.
Are NatruSmile products safe for dental work?
We always recommend speaking with your dentist or healthcare professional before introducing any new product to your dental work.
That said, dental work materials differ from natural tooth enamel and therefore will not respond to whitening products in the same way. If you use teeth whitening products on dental implants, veneers, crowns, or fillings, you will not see results because the composite or porcelain materials are resistant to changes in color, unlike your natural teeth.
